The fund invests at least 80% of total assets in instruments linked to the performance of a rules-based composite benchmark index representing a basket of 29 commodity futures contracts across five sectors: energy, precious metals, industrial metals, agriculture, and livestock. It primarily uses commodity-linked derivatives, including futures contracts and swap agreements, to replicate index returns, while also investing in fixed income instruments for liquidity and collateralization. The index is rebalanced monthly and incorporates a fixed income component based on the Secured Overnight Fund Rate.
