Sparkline Analytics is an interactive data and analytics platform covering a broad universe of exchange-traded funds and mutual funds. The universe consists of funds that report their holdings in public regulatory filings and for which sufficient data is available; funds whose holdings cannot be adequately scored are hidden by default but can be displayed. The App presents factual, quantitative information — holdings-based factor characteristics, performance, and portfolio analytics — derived from public regulatory filings, market data, and other sources, using a methodology applied uniformly to every fund in the universe. The analytics displayed are driven entirely by the funds, comparisons, and settings you select. Where the App suggests a comparison benchmark or similar fund, the suggestion is generated algorithmically — by the fund’s holdings-derived geography, or by a published rule that assigns one market index to each peer group and applies it to every fund in that group — under the same uniform methodology, never by sponsorship or compensation. Where a peer group has no neutral market index, none is shown rather than a substitute. The App does not promote, rank by sponsor, or otherwise favor any fund, and nothing in it constitutes an offer, solicitation, or advertisement for any security or fund.

The App is for informational and educational purposes only. This tool, alone, should not be used to determine which securities to buy or sell. It does not provide investment advice or recommendations, and its outputs are not tailored to any person’s financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance. The App is operated by Sparkline Capital LP, which together with its affiliates manages certain funds that appear in the App. Affiliated funds are included on the same terms as all other funds: they are scored, displayed, and ranked using the identical methodology and receive no preferential treatment or placement. The inclusion of any fund — affiliated or otherwise — is not an endorsement or recommendation.

Factor scores and analytics are based on quantitative models applied consistently across all funds. Models are inherently simplified representations and may not capture all material risks of any fund or strategy. Scores are relative measures within the covered universe. Past results and factor scores are not predictions of future performance.

Performance figures shown in the App are historical. Analytics you construct in the App — such as blended portfolios, benchmark-relative returns, and correlations — are hypothetical illustrations computed from historical data based on the funds, weights, and settings you select. Blended results assume the selected weights are rebalanced daily. They do not represent actual trading, do not reflect the transaction costs, fees, taxes, or timing of implementing any strategy, and actual results would differ. Results may vary with each use and over time as underlying data is updated and as inputs change. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and should not be relied upon to make investment decisions.

Fund holdings are sourced from public regulatory filings (such as SEC Form N-PORT), which funds report on a lag — holdings shown reflect each fund’s most recent public filing, not its current portfolio. Returns and other data are obtained from a combination of first- and third-party sources. Data may be delayed, modeled, or based on estimates and is subject to change without notice. All information is provided “as is” and no representation is made as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Some pages link to fund documents hosted on a fund company’s own website or on SEC EDGAR. Those sites are operated by third parties: Sparkline does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for their content, and a link is not a recommendation of the fund.
